What do I get with NUMMO?
Our current $250 offer gets you two separate cards for the price of one: NUMMO Physical and NUMMO Virtual.
Is NUMMO Virtual the same as NUMMO Physical?
No, they are two different products. NUMMO Physical is a Mastercard with an MXN balance for cash withdrawals and worldwide spending. NUMMO Virtual is a Visa with a USD balance for Apple Pay, Google Pay and online payments. Each card has its own fees and limits.
Which card networks do the cards use?
NUMMO Physical uses the Mastercard network. NUMMO Virtual uses the Visa network.
Will the two cards always be sold together?
Not forever. Right now both cards come together for $250. After the full release, the two cards will be sold separately.
Registration
Does NUMMO Physical require ID?
No. NUMMO Physical requires no KYC: no passport, no driver's license, no identity documents.
How do I register my cards?
When NUMMO Physical arrives, message Telegram support to register both cards. If you already hold NUMMO Physical, contact support to arrange NUMMO Virtual.
I already have NUMMO Physical. Can I get NUMMO Virtual?
NUMMO Virtual is issued to existing, trusted NUMMO users. Contact support to confirm you are eligible.
Can I order one card on its own?
Not right now: the cards are sold only as a pair. NUMMO Virtual, our Visa card, is issued to existing, trusted NUMMO users and cannot be bought on its own.
Who can order, and where does it work?
You must be at least 18 years old. Some countries and merchants are restricted, so please check the restrictions before ordering.
NUMMO Virtual
Does NUMMO Virtual support Apple Pay, Google Pay and 3DS?
Yes. NUMMO Virtual works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and supports 3D Secure (3DS) for online payments.
What are NUMMO Virtual's fees and limits?
The card holds USD. Currency conversion costs about 1.5%: a 1% markup on top of the underlying exchange rate. Cash withdrawals have no limit and a 2% fee (ATM operators may charge their own fee).
Tap to pay: up to $20,000 per transaction and per day. Online payments: up to $200,000 per transaction and per day. Both limits apply at the same time, and splitting a payment does not raise the daily limit.
NUMMO Physical
What are NUMMO Physical's limits?
$2,500 per transaction, $5,000 spending per day and $500 in ATM withdrawals per day. There is no monthly limit. Daily limits reset 24 hours after each transaction.
What are NUMMO Physical's fees?
Top-ups: 3.5% for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and USDT; 4% for Monero. The minimum top-up is $100. The card has 0% currency conversion fees, 0% ATM fees on our side and no monthly fee. ATM operators may charge their own fee.
What features does NUMMO Physical have?
Chip and contactless payments. No name is printed on the card. The PIN comes in the envelope.
Does NUMMO Physical work abroad?
Yes. Spend in USD, EUR, MXN and more with automatic conversion and 0% NUMMO currency conversion fees. Some countries and merchants are restricted.
How long is NUMMO Physical valid?
Three years. Renewal costs $100, and replacing a lost card also costs $100.
Top-ups and balance
Which crypto can I top up NUMMO Physical with?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Monero and USDT.
How do I top up NUMMO Physical?
Open the deposit bot in Telegram, follow the top-up steps and send crypto to the address and network shown there.
How do I check my balance?
Open the deposit bot, press Check Balance and follow the steps to see your card balance.
Is there an app or a web account?
Everything happens in Telegram: orders go through support, top-ups and balance checks through the deposit bot. The Dashboard button on this site opens the bot.
Ordering and delivery
How do I order?
Press Order cards and follow the order, shipping and crypto payment steps. If you need help, message Telegram support.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked international shipping takes about seven days, fourteen at most.
What if my card never arrives?
Contact support for a free reship or a refund if eligible. Refunds after shipping do not include the shipping fee and follow our Terms, unless the law says otherwise.
Refunds
Can I get a refund for my order?
Yes, for any reason, as long as the card has not been used yet. Before shipping you get a full refund; after shipping the shipping fee is not refunded. Once the card has been used, it cannot be refunded.
Sharing a card BIN publicly leads to a permanent account suspension with no refund, even if the card was never used.
